Our History:
Founded in 1990 as the Mug Factory, Image Wizard was a
small retail operation with kiosks in three shopping malls in south-central
Pennsylvania. As the company grew, it expanded its product line from sublimated
mugs into personalized heat transfer tee shirts.
In 1999, the company purchased commercial embroidery
equipment and began offering embroidered apparel and accessory items. In 2000,
Image Wizard moved to a single location and closed its mall kiosks to
concentrate on commercial clients. In 2001,
Image Wizard added screen printing services to its product line.
Today, Image Wizard is the single source solution for
individuals, organizations, or companies to purchase their apparel decoration
and personalized promotional items.

Our CustomWiz Process:
Image Wizard's CustomWiz process assures order accuracy, product quality, and
timely delivery, all of which ultimately lead to customer satisfaction.
1. Graphic Design
Our full time graphic artists are available to work with customers who want to
create or modify existing artwork for their imprinted project. These are
talented artists who work with you to create artwork that projects the image you
want for your finished product.
2. Production Artwork
Once your graphic design is completed to your satisfaction, or if you come to us
with camera ready artwork, we convert the graphic design to production artwork.
For embroidery, we create a digitized sewing file; for screen printing we create
production screens; for sublimation or heat transfer, we create color corrected
production transfers. This production artwork is kept permanently on file,
ensuring that future orders can be duplicated precisely or easily modified.

3. Proof Sample
The next step in the process requires our production team to produce a proof
sample of your production artwork. This proof sample of your "design" is made on
fabric for your approval. Once you are completely satisfied, we are ready to
complete the final product.
4. Production
Our production team will schedule your project on the most appropriate computer
controlled machine. When the machine has finished your production run, each item
is carefully inspected and then delivered to finishing and shipping.
5.Finishing & Shipping
Our tracking system follows your goods from the moment they are shipped into our
facility until the completed items are quality-inspected, folded, boxed up, and
shipped or picked-up by you.
